NO to Allura 420 Apartments Rezoning on Livingston

Traffic already backs up to the fire station northbound!! NO WAY!!!

Housing ok with me! 400 plus apartments. Absolutely not!

We do not need a four story complex in our quiet residential community!

Traffic is already backed up on Livingston at times. This will ruin our tranquil community.

Need to protect the schools and communities in that area - traffic concerns, it will negatively impact the beauty of that area with a dense concentration of apartments.

This is an unwarranted development for this area

Can not imagine that the extreme density on this 35 acres would work to the best interest of all the single family homeowners who paid good money for their homes in the adjoining areas to this space. Do not allow the rezoning!

It appears as though you are limiting signature requests to those living along Livingston. I lived in a home off Livingston, in Carlton Lakes for 11 years and am quite aware of the congestion issues surrounding the area. Having said that, however, the increased congestion in that area still affects me although I have moved to Huntington Lakes. I am interested in signing your petition if you are interested in a signature from one who no longer lives along Livingston. Please let me know if I may sign the petition. Thank you.
