There was a reason that this property was zoned to prevent this type of development. Please abide by that good sense!

This project does not add anything to enhance Livingston Road witch is congested now. Rezoning to appease a developer is ill-advised.

Livingston gets totally backed up now as is during Season. We do not need another 400 -800 cars on Livingston Rd.!

The traffic on Livingstone Rd has already increased significantly over the past 10 years. It is a nightmare at times, especially during rush hour. The addition of 420 units will only add to the problem. I do not believe that rezoning should be allowed for the property.
