Mankind once again policing wildlife when we can't police ourselves. Leave nature and wildlife alone. Sort out the wars and pollution that we have caused.

These birds are protected by law and should remain that way, if humans hadn't invaded their waters and stolen the fish they feed on they wouldn't need to come into towns & cities, do not punish animals for the crimes of mankind.

Enough of blaming animals for problems we create! Cull the chip shops and collect the rubbish more often instead of murdering innocent birds

I live on the coast and know only too well that seagulls are just protecting their nests

Educate the stupid humans and their bad habits of littering before destroying wildlife who struggle to survive and have come to rely on human garbage.

Killing seems to be some peoples solution to everything. They were here long before we were.

Gulls just clear up our rubbish, it's humans who are the problem

Culls are not acceptable. Man is interfering with nature and has gotten nature out of balance. Be patient and let nature handle it.

A cull is not necessary. Educating humans on this matter is. Invest in appropriate signage & suitable campaigns/solutions. Do Seagulls really need to rely on humans?

The Gull problem is our doing, better bins, clearing our rubbish instead of leaving on beaches, netting on roofs if we don't want them nesting on our homes, sings in Newquay to let visitors know not to feed them as they ALWAYS do as there is no clear indication of the problem it causes. We share the environment we don't own it. We should work together to find a solution to the problem NOT kill as this is a problem we have helped to cause!
