Let’s not forget to vote Mr Antonio Reynoso our of office at the next election. He is opposing the residents and supporting this shelter. I have no doubt that he is being richly compensated by the owner of the building and the city for his position. As a community we need to remember this during the election year and primary him. Let’s send him back home where he belongs since he does not represent the views of his constituents.

Although the intention to help homeless men regain their place in society is a valid one, there are many risks and uncertainty associated with it. As law abiding, tax paying citizens, we have tried to maintain a lawful and decent life to protect ourselves and our loved ones. We therefore, should NOT and cannot suddenly be neglected and ignored. This process has done exactly that, and we demand that it stops immediately so that a real discussion can emerge. We have that right!

No! to having a shelter to our neighborhood! Took a long time to establish a safe and clean environment go a long time in our area for families and local businesses!!! We don’t want to go back to war zone like we used to be scared of even walking around.

This is not the appropriate location for a homeless shelter. This is an established family and kid friendly neighborhood. There are schools and stores everywhere that will all go out of business and drive crime in huge numbers. Will devastate the neighborhood.

This neighborhood has enough shelters why are we adding more? There’s a men’s shelter on porter between Johnson and flushing. A family shelter on flushing and Wyckoff. Bushwick should not be imposed with another one especially at wyckoff and hart where there is a lot of families with children.
