I moved to this state as a Maryland defector from a mirror imaged bill in 2013... Govt is instituted to protect our rights not take them.. Moving fwd with a bill of this nature only removes right from law abiding citizens. Ceimianls do not care about all these new laws and will not deter criminal behaviour in any way!!!
