I believe this bill is against our right to bear arm... and it states that I as a Delaware citizen has the right to protect self,home and state in the Delaware constitution..there for I say "NO" to this bill

It’s not the guns. The gun is an inanimate object. This would be an INFRINGEMENT of OUR 2nd Amendment right. A right, not a privilege.

"Criminals do not follow gun laws, this will only hurt law abiding gun owners and businesses." Someone else said this above but it is accurate. Criminals will not follow laws and our rights should not be taken because they are criminals.

No gun ban - Focus on doing something that will have a positive impact on deaths. Like raising the driving age to 20 or 21. Harsher penalties for those caught texting and driving. Maybe even try ENFORCING THE GUN LAWS THAT ALREADY EXIST!!!!
