As usual, the law abiding have to contend with a government that does it's best to take away from us, while criminals care not for your law and do as they wish... this form of "gun control" helps no one and only seeks to vilify law abiding gun owners further.

Please do not take away the rights of legal Delaware firearms purchases to obtain the weapons of their choice. Focus on the criminals. Prosecute people for straw purchases.

Yeah they said that from the start. But there gonna have fun trying to pass the bill because there's a section that says Article I, § 20 of the Delaware Constitution, enacted in 1987, states: “A person has the right to keep and bear arms for the defense of self, family, home and State, and for hunting and recreational use.”

Support the 2nd amendment! Don't take our rights away! If we are out gunned, how can we defend ourselves equally? Criminals will still get their hands on whatever the gov't bans, leaving us defenseless!

This ban only targets law abiding shooters, collectors and defenders. It will never affect the criminals that will never follow such laws.

How about we address how much stress is out on these kids at school and their ability to cope with that stress . Way to much has been put on these kids with this Common Core BS you call an education . I see it first hand with my own kids .
