Criminals by definition don't obey laws. Making an inanimate object illegal today that was legal yesterday only punishes the law abiding. Notice, that the ruling tyrants are more than willing to punish the common citizen but when they commit real crimes nothing happens to them.

I am completely against government taking away any of my right to bear arms! I should be able to choose what type of gun to protect me and my family, not government! Mental health issues are the problem!

I am against this legislation. The citizens of Delaware are innocent of the crimes committed in Florida's school shooting. Why should we law abiding gun owners be punished for something we didn't do.
Both the the Constitution of the United States and the state of Delaware guarantee our right to keep and bear arms.
When these legislators took their oath of office they swore to protect both Constitutions! And yet here they are breaking their oaths!

This is absolutely absurd that the state of DE will try to turn so many of us law abiding citizens into felons just by the stroke of a pen rather than actually fixing the criminal problem.
