The Age of Majority is 18 in the state of Delaware. Our forefathers considered every able bodied male between the ages of 18-45 to be part of the militia. This is not the governments formed branch of military service but the Militia of the People by the People.
By raising the age from 18-20 you are violating the Constitutional rights of approx 20% +/- Delawareans considered to be adults, by your own state statutes.
