Section 20. A person has the right to keep and bear arms for the defense of self, family, home and State, and for hunting and recreational use.

I am a Delaware resident and business owner. These new laws will not stop what is currently going on and is taking our 2nd amendment rights away. Say no to laws that do nothing but help your agenda.

Taking away our rights just hurts law abiding citizens. The bad guys will still get these weapons!

It is now time for people to realize that we have not been well served by our legislators and judiciary. Everyday we see career criminals cut loose and returned to the streets after once again being caught with a gun in their possession. It is time to make examples of these criminals who continually laugh at the courts in this state. Long, hard sentences and the death penalty are the only things that will grab the criminal element's attention. Clearly, the liberal base of power that has controlled Delaware for many years now, is not working and is giving comfort to the criminal element.
