The legislatures who support this van should be removed from office due to lack of knowledge of the 2nd amendment.

There’s better ways to solve school shooting issues. Clear back packs, metal detectors etc. don’t take away a right. Why is the Maryland school shooting not publicized? Because an armed person took care of the situation. You’re making us helpless if you put this law in place. Think this out more please.

Over 70% of our gun charges are dropped or reduced in or before court proceedings. Show us you can properly enforce the laws we have now before you claim this is an answer to any of our problems.

I urge you to vote no on the gun ban 163. That legislation is only going to effect law abiding citizens. Criminals don’t care about the law and will use illegal weapons to commit their crimes. Make the penalties harsher and prosecute criminals to the fullest.

As a registered Delaware voter , as so many others are, I would like to ask all of our elected officials to vote NO on the upcoming gun ban bill. This is not only an unrealistic approach to ending school shootings but will leave many families unable to defend themselves, especially the law abiding people who live in lower income, crime infested communities as a result of the unending revolving door policies of making it easy to plea out and even have gun charges dropped and sending violent criminals back into the neighborhoods to continue endangering the safety and lives of its residents. If the unconstitutional bill put forth by Mr. Townsend and several others is passed, The people these politicians swore to serve and protect will be placed at even greater risk of violent crimes. Its not a Republican or Democrat issue, Its the Constitutional right of Americans and no political party or politician should be permitted to undermine our rights just to further their political agenda while placing their constituents in danger with reckless legislation. #VOTENOONSB163

Those who do not understand the importance of the second amendment, do not understand the significance of the first amendment.
