I will stand my ground and my beliefs. I feel it is our right to own guns. I think we need to worry about how we educate our kids on our rights. Educate our kids on respect. Focus on passing laws where people who are mentally unstable where they can never purchase a gun. If we spent more time on helping a way to get these addicts clean. We are losing more kids to drugs than guns...

If criminals were prosecuted based on current laws/regulations, DE would be a safer state. Criminals, with gun charges, walk everyday in DE. Blows my mind!

I personally do not disagree totally with an age restriction on firearm purchasing. That would be something I think a good compromise can be reached. On banning weapon sales on semi-automatic models it again becomes policing the wrong end of the equation. Delaware drops charges or pleas down firearms related charges far to much which creatates repeat offenders based on lack of fear of prosecution....if the laws on the books were enforced and more education were provided to our youth I personally feel a moral aspect of the consequences of actions would show back up in society.

I am an Independent and strongly disagree with the current legislation being proposed surrounding gun regulations.

I don’t not want my gun rights taken away my rights are covered under the Delaware constitution as Maryland does cover gun rights in their constitution therefore I believe if u take my rights away u are violating the Delaware constitution as covered in the court case with the department of forestry and state parks lost in Delaware Supreme Court

Screw these people! Our right to defend what we own, who we love, our very lives, and beliefs we hold dear shall not be taken by anyone. That right comes from God, not corrupt politicians!
