I believe through requiring a comprehensive gun safety course, making this a requirement for gun ownership eligibility, we can more effectively achieve less violent behavior. However, the violent behavior is coming from criminals and no gun legislation will change that. Only hard labor prison terms will

I am against any gun-related legislation that further restricts the rights of law abiding Delaware citizens. Please focus on enforcing the laws already in effect, which law abiding citizens follow!
