Until the laws that are currently in place are enforced no new laws that infringe on the rights of responsible gun owners should be made. Put effort to accountability for the urgent laws.

Try addressing the real problem, the root cause, not the vehicle to carry out an act of violence. Anything can be a weapon, the roman army defeated hundreds pf thousand with swords and a shield. Stop pandering votes with your failing policies and use common sense to lead. Not fear.

This bill will in no way stop a criminal from getting a gun or using a it in any way he sees fit. The bill will only harm law abiding citizens.

This is a absolute ridiculous bill that will do NOTHING to stop school shootings. Please don't be ignorant and do the proper research. Vote with 6our heads not your emotions. If this bill passes we will be moving and you will loss 4 voters in my home.

Start with the AG's office in enforcing the laws already on the books!! No more of "Let's make a deal" when it comes to pleading out gun charges.

This is a direct infringement on both the Bill of Rights and the Delaware constitution.
