I believe that the whole gun situation should be looked at a different angle. Guns are an object they have no voice so how are they doing anything wrong.

There needs to be a course set up to own or buy a semi rifle. With stipulations on what can be charged so there's no get rich quick non sense.

We need to get to the real causes of this mass shooting insanity. TV shootings, non-stop shootings in video games, breakdown of families and morals, might be a few to look at. Making us instant criminal and stripping away our rights is Wrong, and I Vote !!!

I found this site and read the many comments against this bill, seems people understand why 2nd amendment was formed.
"A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed. The Second Amendment is the most important right, because the Second Amendment keeps the government from being able to impose tyranny."
Delaware Democrats will ram it through by by-pass the group that would stop this bill, and they fully understand no one wants this, and what happen to democracy ?? We have no voice now?? Sounds like tyranny,....

If any members of the Senate vote yes to SB 163, you have violated your own oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, as well as the Bill of Rights for Delaware. Did you forget that oath?
