An “assault weapons ban” didn’t stop the San Bernardino attack in the nation’s strictest gun control state of California

As a Delaware resident I stand by the second amendment and will vote against anyone that tries to infringe on those rights

I am a law abiding citizen and as such I believe in the rights of the constitution of the United States of America all rights but mainly as the second amendment is being attacked my constitutional right to bear arms

We ratified the Constitution on December 7, 1787 with a vote of 30-0. Why slap our founding fathers in the face by taking our right to bear arms? This right shall not be infringed.

Crimes are committed by criminals in which none of these proposed laws would stop,criminals do not obey the laws as of now,these would only effect and harm law abiding citizens who either have weapons for self defense or hunting,,and I myself have never saw a firearm load itself,aim itself and kill someone!

Bill is unconstitutional and the people making the bill don't have the true facts about gun ownership. They need to re-evaluate and learn before trying to pass a law that leaves Americans defenseless.
