Who do you blame? The crazy that pulled the trigger, Do you punish the sane for the acts of the insane/? This country was founded on individual rights and responsibility. Will any of these laws improve the conditions in the state? The criminals will still get want they want.

Not one new law is going to change the minds of those intent upon hurting others.. I believe it better to stop wasting tax payers time and money and use the laws already in play... 3000+ felony arrests without one conviction in the past 5yrs.???
