I am totally against any new runway at Heathrow or any expansion of the existing facilities. A new airport needs to be built in the Thames Estuary.

I am concerned about noise and pollution where I live. Also, I think we need to have a holistic transport plan that considers the future well being of the planet.

Why not start with a ground up approach and look at where we would build a new airport if we needed one now. It wouldn't make sense to place it where Heathrow is now, so why not build it out east in the estuary where the impact on lives would be minimal. We'll always be struggling to keep pace with the likes of the new hubs in Dubai so why not build where we can be competitive for many years to come?

Flights starting at around 4am are ruining our health and should be stopped. No flights should take place between midnight and 6.30 am

No third runway please, the noise pollution is bad enough and given the clumsiness of the sound proofing exercise that BAA has been conducting we do not need the third runway.

The southwest area of london is so ongestedand cannot take more expansion. Thames Esturary with proper consideration for wildlife is by far bestalternative with flights coming in directly over sea and not causing noise issues tohomes and business below.

TO EXPAND HEATHROW IS AN ENORMOUS FOLLY. IT IS ALREADY VAST ENOUGH, SITS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOST DENSELY POPULATED CITY IN EUROPE AND IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.
