The constant noise and traffic from Heathrow already negatively impacts thousands and thousand of people living under the flightpath - an additional runway would be intolerable - it is NOT acceptable to reduce the quality of daily life for all these residents. There are alternatives - this does NOT have to, and MUST not go ahead

I live in Barnes. With current flights I am allowed 5 hours sleepat night during the closed period of 2330 to 0430. This from 2 runways; 3 or 4 will be draconian. Until planes can be quietened to allow residents under flight paths to sleep then no planes should be allowed from 2230 to 0830 and if this is not possible then Heathrow should be closed once an alternative site has been developed which does not require low level flights over heavily populated areas.

Currently, wake up hours are 4-4.30am, human beings deserve 7 hrs rest. Infrastructure is just not there to support the expansion of Heathrow. What risk are we prepared to run from an accident and environmental catstrophe perspective to support expansion in Heathrow? Heathrow will never be big enough, its location and environs clear enough to grow. We need to expand capacity, but let's find an area that would serve generations to come not a stopgap option.

Please stop the noise pollution from aeroplanes. I live in Richmond and sometimes planes start at 4am it is affecting my health in a negative way.

Heathrow expansion must not go ahead. This would only be a short term solution to the problem. A new airport at the Thames estuary is the way to go!!!

Unreasonable level of noise to be expected in this area which will greatly affect my quality of life. I bought this house because is was in a peaceful area. I do not wish and did not choose to live in a flight path and it will have a negative effect on me, my family and the area I live in
