I honestly cannot believe we hit one hundred signatures already because I truly thought I was just screaming into the void when I started this. It feels like everyone is finally realizing how exhausting this schedule is and I keep refreshing the page just to make sure it is actually real.

I really need everyone to send this link to a few people right now because we are just shy of five hundred signatures and I honestly cannot wait to show them that we are all totally burnt out from these finals already. It is actually wild how fast this is moving considering how tired we all are but if you can just get a few more people on board we might actually have a real shot at being taken seriously by the board.

an extra month of school to study material for next year during ramadan -especially- is unneeded since we have effectively finished this year's material and by the time we have returned to school we would have forgotten the material already
To the administration, You have to take into account the amount of external exams people are doing, some are doing too little, while others are doing many, I, for example, am doing more than 7 external exams. Forcing us back to school won't benefit anyone.
WE need a break seriously 2 weeks aren't enough ... some of us have booked to travel out of the country it's not fair that u inform us before 1 week ! and how come you never did this to the previous grade 11's why is it now that u should decide to do it ??
How are we supposed to study for our externals? This year has already been an exhausting one and many people can't wait for it to be over. There has never been a third term for grade 11 students before so why now?
Many of us are volunteering for programs, taking internships, and traveling to check out our chosen universities. Adding an extra month would be futile to our knowledge for we NEED that extra time to relax or think about our careers.

Honestly I would just like to say that if we're to actually learn anything important in those 4 weeks I would consider coming but a review on grade 11 material for an additional 4 weeks, 4 weeks we could be relaxing and getting ahead on work for next, seems absurd. - yolanda 11sa 1387 (muscat)
