Putting a structure in Barhaven near transit will reduce Trasit users who fear for their safety. What are 150 people going to do in Barhaven. What happened to sponser families that gave a place to stay and the individual or family helped out. This was a better way to learn the language, culture and get job connections

Why put a shelter in a car centric neighborhood when most refugees don't have cars ? How are they going to find employment when most retailers hire students and new immigrants for entry level positions
