This is not sustainable. For an already over populated and fastest growing community in Ottawa with NO community support services and terrible infrastructure WHY put the structure here? You are setting these people up for failure. Let's put this structure in Mark Sutcliffe's neighborhood, see if he will oppose of it!

I am opposed to tents in Barrhaven. This is merely a bandaid solution. How about producing more doctors first? We already have a doctor shortage. Fix that before bringing in more people.
