City planners need to start learning how to plan and stop doing things ad-hoc. This is another bandage solution being forced on the population without a clear, long-term plan that has been developed. Another, well thought out solution must be found, because this temporary tent will become a blight on Barrhaven for years to come. This part of town cannot cope with the additional strain on its infrastructure.
Dave, as a retired CAF officer, you above all should understand the importance and value of detailed planning.
