Show your support! We are currently withholding our Council Tax to North Devon District Council because our garden was left contaminated after remediation work was carried out on an old gas works site behind our home. NDDC will not help us even though they have a legal duty of care to do so! No one at NDDC seems to care! We cant sell our house as we would have to tell any buyers about the contamination which includes double the safe amount of lead! We cannot grow any fruit or veg or have young children to stay! Why should we pay a Council for services that we ARE NOT receiving!
