The development plans along FM 1187 will set the tone for people as they drive into our town and I urge you to support a plan that makes us a “somewhere” rather than an “everywhere” as outlined in the Aledo City Vision Playbook from November of 2019.
Allowing a Taco Bell, and similar chain businesses, will set the wrong tone for Aledo’s future. I join with numerous other residents of the Parks of Aledo community and ask you to not allow Taco Bell to build in Aledo.

I don't mind a chain being brought in but PLEASE not Taco Bell!. We need more food options here but ones that us residents will actually eat!
It couldn't make it in Benbrook and had to close ... it definitely won't make it in Aledo!
There are far better choices in restaurants needed in our area. Say... Chipotle, In N Out, Chick Fil A,,, just to name a couple.

I do not want a Taco Bell so close to my neighborhood. Closer to 1-20 would be a better place. The opening of a Taco Bell will significantly detract from our charming small town feel.
