Say NO to NY receiving unvetted refugees when terrorists hide among them. Syria has no databases or fingerprints to check these people against!! We don't know who they are.
The momentum behind this petition shows that many people share our concerns about public safety and the lack of vetting processes. We are approaching a significant milestone that will demonstrate the strength of our position to the administration. Please reach out to others who might agree so we can reach this target and ensure our concerns are recognized.

The number of people concerned about our local security is climbing steadily toward one hundred. Please send this link to others who share these worries so we can reach this initial goal before we bring our message to the governors office.

With all the issues we have in NY . Homeless Veterand and homelessness we need to take care of our own people. Specially the Vets. As it is we have so many who depend on us working folks. Unless I can claim them in my taxes because that's what's going to pay for their care I say NO NO NO

Before allowing un-vetted Syrian immigrants into our country you should consider using the money to help our homeless veterans. Allowing these Syrians into our country is inviting a Paris attack in all of our communities.

After what's been happening around the world, this is a very bad idea. Especially in a State that won't let me properly protect my family and myself.

We have some problems within our own communities that need to be addressed first. Spending resources to aid refugees is not only a waste but an added security risk. I for one as a voting taxpaying NYr, will not stand for anyone who wishes to accept refugees from the middle east and neighboring regions.

In order to keep Our Children, and all American citizens safe. We must not allow these Refugees to come here. I'm sorry, but our safety comes first..

We don't need ANY Syrian refugees. Unemployment is high enough. We've given 89 million dollars already to assist them to get back on their feet. Now we want to accept them with the possibility of terrorists sneaking in as well. Let's worry about our own country!

I do not think bringing them into our state is a good idea ... Our country doesn't have to help these people out !!!!!
