No street parking is NOT the answer. Originally when purchasing our homes KB issued one parking pass per home. That has been unforced over the past 12 years till now. We currently have valid parking pass as well as a sign at the entrance saying we are allowed with proper pass. Sheridan parking is not he answer either! Asking people to park upto 1/2 mile away from their home in the dark or extreme heat and walk up hill is beyond absurd. Who is going to be responsible for when something happens to a homeowner because they were forced by you the HOA to walk such a distance? They may be elderly, handicapped or just a person walking in the middle of the night. We don't have the security to protect homeowners.
