It could have been a good thing, but startups are finding ways to cut people out of hiring and "get their records right" so they can do people wrong and line their pockets behind closed doors.
Because of a few greedy people, they reuin this tax-free thing for everybody, and it's time to shut this down or FIX IT SO IT CREATES JOBS based on every dollar that flows into a company via a better method.
I can't even find out if my company is registered! There is no transparency at all. Employees who benefit under the clause are going to defend their companies even if they are doing bad business to try to take advantage of break after break after break.
