Sport hunting is killing for fun. Please do not encourage people to kill for fun. It promotes a society where people lose remorse and escalate to enjoying killing or hurting anyone for fun. In addition, these animals are God’s creation he created and found as good. God made people custodians of wildlife, not killers. I hope you, the officials of Nebraska, stand up to protect them who are at the mercy of humans.

The hunting for sport, torturing and maiming of wildlife in our country needs to stop now ! There has to better ways ... it's high time we learn to coexist with the wildlife community we share our earth with.

I'm signing this petition to voice my objection to sport hunting of mountian lions in the Wildcat Hills of western Nebraska.
As a keystone species, few animals have a more positive impact on the ecosystem than mountain lions. By allowing sport hunting of mountain lions in the Wildcat Hills, Nebraska Game & Parks is stepping over the dollar to pick up the dime, negatively impacting a host of wildlife species, including deer.
I have studied and filmed mountain lions weekly for the last two decades. I've witnessed firsthand the positive impact they have.
