Solar Panels contain toxic materials. Disclosure of the MFG process, it's use of local resources, labor, roads. Impact studies of it's operation.

Unless the infrastructure can handle this - it should not be approved. Hwy 21 should have been widened years ago.

Traffic is already getting more congested. This is a residential community. No dangerous chemicals. Not enough water pressure let alone dangerous waste water leeching into wells.
