A plant of this nature that has the potential to leak toxic chemicals in such a highly congested neighborhood, should not allowed. Please try to find a location that is out in the middle of nowhere where if there is a leak it won’t affect as many people, especially children.

We are already suffering from the smell and toxicity of the New Indy plant in Catawba and yet you want to put this nightmare in our back yard and next to our schools! NO! JUST NO!!!!!!

This is dangerous and it makes absolutely zero sense to bring a plant like this into a residential area. With 2 schools right next door, as well as countless neighborhoods and businesses. The implications of an accident from this plant or even bringing these materials used for production into the area could be catastrophic. Not to mention just the exposure to the chemicals from daily production. This needs to be stopped.

Dear Zoning Board of Appeals Member,
Silfab is definitely not light industrial when they have toxic air pollution and toxic water waste that has the potential to kill or permanently injure people, animals, and our environment. They need to be relocated to a heavy industrial area where it's not next to two schools, with 2500 students, neighborhoods and businesses. It’s just not right for our community!
