All 177 residents of the JFK TOWERS- received and signed the same lease at some point upon moving to this community. It our lease it states that Drinking of Alcohol & Smoking is Not allowed.. Here @ JFK TOWERS- this includes the following : Main Lobby All Community rooms The Concession & community room The Laundry room The front porch the Back Entrance and all other side doors. The Sitting area @ the Gazebo ( No Smoking) - All smoking is to be 50 feet from not only any entrances or Exits- The Building in it's Entirety. 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days a year. Residents that are Non smokers, and or already have Lung, breathing issues or diseases are unable to just go and sit at the Gazebo - even if there are No Smokers out there, Ashe containers , trash cans all smell like cigarettes
