I have been looking to move in the area closer to friends and family. The numerous developments are continuing to negatively impact property attractiveness in the area.

The traffic issues along Siebert need to be considered long before even considering additional houses! This is a huge safety concern!

Way too much traffic. Hurting wildlife. Cars already flying way too fast on the road. There is a blind hill which you can’t see cars. This will be a huge safety deal if it goes through.

I think the street is busy enough as it is.

Stop the unbridled and thoughtless building. Where’s the infrastructure. ie sidewalks, lights, berms, etc

We don't need more. It's already super busy and bad traffic. This is getting to be too much.

The proposed homes will run along my entire property line (we are on Brunck and own the adjacent property up to WSS). We are strongly against this project.
