The hard downpour of rain is nothing that California has experienced in many long years. The flooding we saw today had streets half full, causing cars to stop in their tracks. This is most likely the case tomorrow, so I believe to ensure a safe environment, we should cancel school tomorrow. There could be many disasters that can occur such as flooding of buildings at our school, which heavily disrupts our safe learning environment. Thank you for your time to read this and Kanye 2020!
