Here's the thing, the Panthers have not been to the Super Bowl in 12 years. This being said, students will be up late and generally unable to participate in school sucessfully in class the next day. I think we can all agree that we should not come to school on monday. Thank you for your time.

Seeing one thousand signatures on this petition is surreal. My friends and I have waited over a decade to see the Panthers back in the big game and it feels like the whole district finally understands why we need that Monday off.

Watching this climb toward one hundred names proves that I am not the only one planning to be exhausted after the big game. Please forward this link to your classmates so we can show the administration that our entire student body expects a real recovery day.

I think that since the Panthers have come this far and having them be in the Super Bowl everyone will be staying up late and if we win it would be great to have a day off after
parents, bus drivers, and student drivers will inevitably be staying up late watching the game. they could be falling asleep at the wheel the next morning, resulting in a deadly crash.
I feel as though I will not be productive the following Monday after the super bowl. I will be able to rest that Monday and be extremely productive the week after in my school work.
Most people in charlotte are rooting for the panthers for the super bowl and we will all be up late watching the game to the very end and it is not healthy for children to go to school with little sleep
The Carolina Panthers are the heart and soul of this great city. In support of our city and America we should not have to come to school on Monday so we can fully participate in the Super Bowl 50. Monday should be a day of celebration for the Panthers once they win.

this is totally worth it! the panthers have come so far in their career! this is one of the only times they have been in the Super Bowl! children will be staying up late to cheer on their home team. it is totally fair to have school off!! btw I love you cam!!
