Today I was going home from church and I literally saw 4 cars in a row standing dead in the middleof the street because of the rain. Alot of my friends also walk to school and the rain was a foot deep around segrestrom ave. I strongly believe the risk of getting to school is too great and it would be better to take the day off.

This will be a serious issue for the students to handle. Many teachers have cars and sufficient clothing while many students don't have either to get to school

Please consider it. Last Friday, our classes had to be dismissed one at a time and back into class before another could go. Also , many students including myself went home soaked in rain water.
