No red stripes on the road especially corner. That's very dangerous and car/motorcycle will get more damage

Being rather cynical i see the increase in rumble strips as an opportunity to make money forbthe supplier and the procurement organisation

Not only are the presence of the rumble strips in the corners dangerous, but recently the red ones especially have been made too thick causing undue wear and tear to suspension components of cars commuting daily on affected roads. Car manufacturers spend millions of dollars putting cars through torturous conditions during testing. The Road and Transport ministry does not have to do their job for them.

Off with rumble strips and any painted on bicycle lanes. Slippery paint surfaces are a danger to all types of road users

I think the people who suggest to put rumble strip all the way along the corners is a driver who drove 60km/h on the highway and reduce their speed to 35km/h during corners.

Driving through corners with rumble strips causes my car to feel unbalanced and less grippy than usual when it rains the situation is worsened

Better have it removed because when its raining, its quite hazardous to road user esp in Jelapang area heading to Kuala Kangsar PLUS expressway. I know its a safety but its a common sense for road user to slow down that area and not speeding because its a downhill area. That rumble strip will make your car or bike lost control as mention on the video.

Rumble strip shouldn’t be put on turning corners cause it’s really dangerous especially when the road is wet. Plus, yellow rumble strip would be sufficient enough to alert drivers to slow down instead of using yellow and red strips.

Remove all the strip on corner. Straight road still acceptable. Corner with strip, that will caused the tyre easier to loose grip

Agree! Those who design this and other road-related infrastructures should put themselves into driver’s perspective. Or at least have the understanding in vehicle dynamics.

These rumble strips simply not the best option to alert road user as in older vehicles suffers from "earthquake" when approaching the area. PLEASE reconsider other options and I'm sure there is plenty of it. Thank you

Fully supporting this petition. The authorities should know better than us when it comes to road safety but instead, it becomes much worse.
