What about public safety with three schools in this area. Plus a senior facility at the intersection. How do children cross without push button crossings. Who will pay for more crossing guards?
Mott Macdonald is a supporter of roundabouts and tried to push these at pleasant view and Wherile drive and both were rejected!

Not needed! And will pose a great danger to the elderly that often walk from their complex to the downtown area!
