I have lived in this community of Boma for 34 years. A nice quiet place, always has been with wonderful neighbors on each side of me divided by beautiful wildlife and small wooded areas. Between me and my neighbor is a thin 7 acre long tract that is the passageway for deer and mostly swamp land but absolutely beautiful. Now they are wanting to put in a tire recycling center right smack in between us causing the killing of our wildlife's habitat, not to mention the horrible noise and smell from recycled rubber ! They are putting a solid waste processing facility right in the middle of this small community ! right at my side door ! Most of the people here are in retirement they sure dont need this Please help us keep our homes and keep this solid waste facility out of this small community !

We don't need this in our community. It will lower property value as well as damage the environment.
We visit this special community and have experienced the peace and tranquility the setting has to offer. It would be a great loss to have such a facility on such a small tract of land in a residential type area. A facility like this would need a buffer zone to protect the neighborhood. It belongs in an industrial park not a residential area or habitat for wildlife.
No one should lose their quite neighborhood to a menace of any kind. There are alternatives for the recycling plant.. There are NOT alternatives for the home owners !!
My 2 year old and I live RIGHT beside where they are planning to build this. I will also have a newborn by then. They will not be able to play outside due to the fumes and smell. Not to mention trying to get the newborn to sleep with all the noise. My children deserve a safe and quiet place to play, just like I did when I was growing up there.
My property joins this site,I built my retirement home here because of the country setting and neighborhood, plus the proposed property is a natural drainage and wetland.I WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS.
WE DO NOT WANT THIS NEAR OUR CHURCH or in our community.
Please do not put this in our rural community. There is a better place for it. Please find it!

This is not the place for such a business to locate. Would the owners of this business appreciate something like this going in next to their residence?
