Kenny Coleman has requested that the 65 acres adjacent to Windsor Falls and bordering S. Lamar and Hwy. 7 be rezoned as Multi-Family, i.e., apartments.  The City of Oxford Planning Commission will take up this issue on September 10, 2012 at 5 p.m. in the 2nd floor courtroom of the Oxford City Hall.  The South Oaks Homeowners' Association Board opposes the re-zoning of the property to multi-family because we believe that it will adversely affect traffic, adversely affect property values of South Oaks and other neighboring property, and put a strain on utility service in the area.  We are asking for you to show your opposition to the re-zoning as well by signing this Petition and making your voice heard on this issue.
