Officer Kerrick was tried and judged by his peers and proper procedures were followed. He should not be retried.

I feel that his peers have made a decision and he should not be put through another trial. What are we to do? Continue until some get the result they want or continue with decision that has been made? No! It's over!

No Re-Trial for Kerrick. The video showed everything needed to be seen spitting and charging at officer. Kerrick did what any other including myself would have done.

After seeing video of defendant charging police officers in the middle of the night, no one should find this officer guilty
