This kind of mentality should be punish...because he is an MP and ex Shariah court judge...what he says influence lots of people who can't think for themselves...which creates more problem for our society. Peopld in power cannot be left off the hook saying rubbish like this.

Rape is a crime no matter what the excuses is. Allowing rapist to marry the victim will cause mental and physical torture for the victim after they got married. And the rapist will think its ok to rape.
