Please choose your words wisely when giving a speech and please go through your speech contents before delivering it to the public. It's very disturbing to read things like this. I thought great changes were finally being made for an issue that should have been delt a long time ago. Please, think deeply about this issue cause what you said has left a big negative impact to concern Mothers.

It is purely disgusting to even think about it.the psychological effect the victim goes through its not something can be replaced with marrying the psychopath and it will further damage the victim .
