Some of the posts started to turn bad but as soon as they did the owner of the page removed all bad posts and put up a status saying "From now on there will be strong filtering of the messages posted and bulling will not be tolerated at all". From that status, no bad posts or remarks were posted (If they were, they were taken down immediately).
There have been people saying that a punishment WILL be set for the owner of the page. I'm sure you will agree that this is not correct, the page was not set up to offend anybody and has now been shut down because of the drama it has caused (Not with students) but with the lecturers.
By signing this petition you are helping the owner of the page NOT to get a punishment (Expulsion from college) for it. Please share this, as we think we only have overnight to stop this from happening.

I have been in meetings with the administration all morning to explain why this page was truly about community rather than malice. Your names on this list have forced them to listen to our side of the story instead of just issuing an expulsion.

Seeing the overwhelming response from my classmates honestly leaves me speechless. This momentum proves that we all believe in fairness for the page owner and it gives me real hope for the talks ahead.

THE COLLEGE NEEDS TO GROW UP. It was just banter and they even deleted the rude stuff. Leave him alone.
Ridiculous to expel someone over a facebook page. everyone was having a laugh and no one got hurt.
please dont do this. he kept the page clean after the warnings. give him another chance.
proper overreaction by the teachers. let the lad finish his course.
its literally just a page for memes. expelling him is way out of line.
