This man is too dangerous and should never be released from prison. What he did was calculated and cold blooded.

Anyone who kills a police office in cold blood should rot in prison until he/she dies. Why should he be able to enjoy life and family. The officer left behind a family that forever will miss him .

Edward Alsteens killed Ken in cold blood, and it was premeditated! He deserves life in prison.

He shot him 7 times with his Pa's .32 Special, that even a bullet proof vest would not stop etc.. NO chance, at all! So he shouldn't have, any chance either, etc..

I do not think Edward Alsteens, Jr. should not be release out of jail he murder a man that will not see his kids grow up never will feel the joy of his children getting married, or being a grandpa that was taken away from him I knew Edward in school I thought then he was a hot head to shoot some one in the back is uncall for.

Parole shouldn't be given to a man who commits Murder, especially one who kills one of our Law Enforcement Officers. This news also broke on the ANNIVERSARY of the fallen officer's death when the family was unveiling the portion of highway named in his honor. DO NOT LET THIS MAN OUT!

It should have been 1st degree murder. He planned it and waited for Kenny to arrive. How that turned into 2nd degree I'll never know.

No one should ever have a chance in life to be free when they kill another. Should be federal law.... AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.

Life in prison was given for a reason and was deserved. The circumstances of the murder hasn't changed.. only time has passed. The sentence must not be changed.
