I never knew the legacy of JMS until now. I'm appalled. I was recently in Munich and came across a lovely memorial for all oppressed by the Nazi regime. I wish our country could acknowledge the victims and their sacrifices like the Germans have done. How about renaming this lecture? Let's celebrate a role model and the women we serve instead of JMS.

It is shameful to continue to honor someone who has brought pain to so many nameless and voiceless women under the guise of medical education.
