Beautifully said Quinn. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope they will change the date, but rest assured, even if they don't...there are many here that will not go out of respect for these families and this community. Ya'll are all in our hearts and prayers.

I understand that. It's honestly terrible 4 young kids lost their life. But people have worked for months and asked off work so they can attend the parade. I just don't think it's fair to change it. If 4 random people died they wouldn't change the parade for them.

I don't think it is fair to change the date just because someone died. Yes it is sad but if it were me or you that died it wouldn't be getting changed. I think it's stupid to change it

I don't see why we would move the parade date. Yes sadly four young kids were killed. That's awful and I pray for their families. But if four random adults died they wouldn't move the parade. I think the parade should stay scheduled for the day it is.

IT IS WRONG. It's disrespectful to the families and friends of those lost and it's NOT what this town is about. We need to pull together and stand behind our kids and the families. Period.

Moving the parade to the following weekend should not be a problem.Let's show some respect to the two families who have to bury their children this coming weekend!

It would be a terrible to have a celebration on our streets at the same time that families are laying their young to rest.
