One of my daughters lives adjacent to a facility like this. When they moved there the outdoor gun range did not have members shooting high-powered assault-type automatic weapons. Once they introduced these types of weapons within the past year, the noise level became unbearable where you could not even think properly when they were shooting these weapons. This is a serious problem for anyone with PTSD or children and adults with sensory issues. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN OUR TOWN!

No, no, no! Too close to residential neighborhood and school. Even with berms, the sound of gunfire travels, creating noise disturbance. More importantly, the safety of children is critical. Gunfire and schools is a terrifying combo!!!

I live in Coventry. Do NOT allow this range. If it was such a well thought out plan it would be in a better location. Western Coventry wouldn't even require a special permit. This is a residential area. Poor choice in location and it would very a VERY poor choice by zoning board.

In this day of horrifying killings of our young people in schools and churches throughout our country, do we really need a high powered rifle range this close proximity to the homes in Coventry? Please rethink what you are doing. It only takes one stray bullet.

I oppose this gun range. My daughter abuts this proposed range and my grandchildren. Too close to homes

My house abuts this proposed gun range. I will be frightened to go out in my backyard when I hear gunshots. It will frighten all the deer and birds away from my home.

I am an avid sportsmen and support the 2nd amendment but I oppose this gun range as it is too close to homes and school.

One of the great things about living in a rural area is the peace and quiet. Although I would not be affected in any way by this range, I urge the Town Council, out of consideration for our neighbors, to vote this down.
