For the working poor, Opt In will likely increase the homeless population in San Jose. For the elderly & retired it is a disaster. Ask yourself, how many park owners have continued to purchase additional parks in the last few years in order to CA$H in when the protections of affordable housing laws have been gutted by the city?

Many of us are low income and/or have family members who are disabled. We can't afford more rent. The parks already have the money for upgrades and repairs plus a large profit margin for years.

Park owners generate BIG profits from operating a park. That is why they do not sell that park to someone who does want to be in the business. This proposal is an attempt at extorting larger sums of money both from the city and from the park residents.
