I doubt the ability of the construction of this pipeline to be done in a safe manner; this is not serving the interests of the people in these communities, and will rob them of their property and homes.

The County blocked my purchase of land (contract held but not approved by county commission) that Byhalia Pipeline is trying to buy (at a much lower cost!).

Time and again oil companies have shown us that they promise safety and deliver spills; they promise profits and deliver pollution. We must put people over profit. We cannot continue to sacrifice our most vulnerable communities for shareholders’ profits.

I fear for my families safety due to the chemicals if any accidents were to occur, lack of consideration for the families that have lived in this area for generations and want to keep things peaceful and safe.
